Well Done Abba

When Armaan Ali (Boman Irani) reaches his water-starved village in Hyderabad, he sets his heart on constructing a well under a scheme floated by the government. Thus begins his journey of running from one bureaucrat or contractor to, well, another bureaucrat or contractor. Each one demands a share in the amount that will be allocated before they will approve his file for the next level. In the end, all Armaan Ali is left with is a file with glaring proof that he owns a well whereas, in fact, the well never got made since after paying all the bribes he was left with no money!
