Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge is the new comedy film by director Ashwni Dhir, starring Ajay Devgn, Paresh Rawal and Konkana Sen Sharma. Judging purely by its name, Atithi seems to be a classic, formula based film. However, a well-written screenplay and sincerity of the characters involved prove that judgment wrong. The movie revolves around the life of a writer Puneet (Devgn), his grammatically-challenged Bengali wife Munmun (Konkana) and their young son, who keeps wishing for guests to visit their humble home.
Their mundane life becomes topsy-turvy when a larger than life Chachaji (Paresh Rawal), claiming to be a distant relative announces his arrival. After a while, Lambodhar Chachaji’s overstay starts to become annoying, unbearable and even pungent for the squabbling couple.This forces the shrewd duo to scheme and plan their way into sweet release from the stubborn Chachaji...
